In our daily lives, we are being surrounded by colors and one of the most typical example is from TV. Now, we would like to apply the colors in DNA origami to make color distinguishable DNA origami structure. However, to color and distinguish DNA origami, many fluorophores are required and it would be expensive. Hence, we would like to use three primary colors of fluorophores on DNA origami based on RGB system. By mixing the three primary fluorophores in mix proportion, we are able to fabricate DNA origami with desired colors. We have managed to obtain 16 unique colors from the mix proportion of three primary fluorophores.
