What was achieved?
Combined ~500ug of EGF with 3.378 mL of 5mM PBS/EDTA buffer
Modifications to protocol
- Protocol says to make 4.378mL solution, but only adds 3.378mL of buffer in the steps
- Final theoretical solution is 23.87uM
- Used a rotisserie mixer instead of an orbital shaker
- rotated for 9 minutes
- temperature went from 25.6°C at the start and ended at 26°C
